How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional assembly for board setups?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, you can select the 'Assemble My Board' option at checkout, and our pro shop team will build it for you free of charge.
What is your return policy on used skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days. However, due to the nature of the sport, we cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or hardware that shows signs of use or 'skate wear'.
Are the products on your site authentic?
Absolutely. Slugger Skate Store is an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, including Independent, Spitfire, Baker, and Girl. We do not sell knock-offs or unauthorized replicas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Shop Pay' for customers who prefer to pay in installments.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
